Please note: While we ship globally, there are a few remote locations we are currently unable to serve. If your address is in one of these regions, our support team will contact you directly to discuss alternative solutions.
Address Accuracy To ensure your order reaches you without delay, please take a moment to verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. zenpurity is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In the rare event that an error is made on our part, we will dispatch a replacement order at no additional cost to you.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that for some shipping carriers, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their system.
If your order was dispatched more than five business days ago and tracking information is not yet available, please contact our support team for assistance.
Multiple Shipments For efficiency and environmental consideration, we aim to ship all items in a single package. However, if your order contains multiple products being fulfilled from different warehouses, it may arrive in separate shipments to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
